Ecliptical Enteprises is headed by Jeff Kubelick, the founder and president.  Jeff's regional and global expertise is evidenced by 35 years of seasoned experience in various noteworthy capacities.  At Princeton University's Plasma Physics Laboratory he was a Computer Specialist supporting the scientists and physicists working on thermonuclear fusion.  With Digital Equipment Corporation he was an Operating Systems Software Specialist/Assembler Language Programmer with major consulting assignments at Manufacturers Hanover, Citibank and Morgan Guaranty.  As a Vice President with Bankers Trust Company he served as Manager of Timesharing and Personal Computing, Manager of Telecom Applications Engineering, Data Center Disaster Recovery Project Manager, IBM Data Center Capacity Management, LAN Server Data Center Manager, Global Carrier Services Manager, and Infrastructure Services Manager at BT Asia Securities in Tokyo, and also at BT Alex Brown in Baltimore.  Most recently with Deutsche Bank Jeff had been head of Carrier Services and Asset Management for the Americas, and Vendor and Commercial Manager for the Americas.  Though focussed largely on challenges in North, Central and South America over the last few years, Jeff still brings to the table an intimate understanding of global service providers and products.   He has nutured very good relationships with a wide range of regional and global industry contacts and experts, i.e., technicians, engineers, mid and senior level management, sales people, marketeers, account managers and executives.
